FREE TALK. LOVING YOURSELF. THE WHAT AND THE HOW
So often, we hear that if we could just love ourselves more, we would automatically heal whatever personal issue we're facing. So we make what we imagine are loving gestures towards ourselves, and may feel temporarily better, but then inevitably the original issue returns. The problem is that in trying to love some part of ourselves, often we are unknowingly rejecting and judging other parts. It's just not possible for love to thrive in an atmosphere of rejection, and rather than attaining love and freedom, we end up feeling painfully inadequate.
In this presentation, we will see that love is in fact the ultimate healer, but what has been lacking is our our understanding of love.
We will explore what constitutes true self-love, and the intrinsic knowledge it brings about how to approach ourselves and our issues. We will look at our unconscious rejections, and the kind of love and acceptance that allows our hurt places to start to unfold and dissolve.
