Spirit is the ultimate cure for all our emotional suffering. These sessions offer a doorway to spirit's ultimate cure by working with and transforming, rather than transcending the ego.

With Persephone's compassionate, sensitive and knowledgeable guidance you explore whatever arises in your inner awareness in each moment. This embraces the full breadth and depth of your experience, including but not limited to your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, emotions, sensations, breath, movement and personal history. Nothing is left out - everything is welcomed and accepted as a precious part of who you are.

This completely open-ended inquiry will summon your curiosity, courage and love for the truth of your human existence.

As you follow your thread, insight and meaning arise and your personality becomes more transparent to you, allowing you to move more and more deeply into yourself, eventually reaching your Essence, or spirit, who you truly are. Facet by facet, you discover that this Self is an effortless flow of peace, strength, value, joy, harmony and contentment.

Essence is the ultimate therapy and the only lasting answer to our human suffering. Thus the focus of Diamond Soul Work is not to find solutions to our everyday problems, but to use those problems as doorways to move towards the deepest truth of our soul, which is Essence. So although this work is not directly oriented towards making our lives work better, that does tend to happen as we live closer and closer to Essence.

These sessions can usually be done alongside your current spiritual practice if you have one. Many people who do this work already have a meditation practice and want to explore personality issues that are not directly addressed by meditation. Many psychotherapists wanting to use their knowledge of the psyche, but deepen beyond it, are also attracted to this work.

It is helpful to have had prior experience of meditation and/or psychotherapy, but after that, your exploration is fuelled simply by your love of the truth, and by your desire to know, and to become, your True Self.
